The Criminal Court of Cumberland County entered judgment upon a jury verdict convicting the defendant, Emma Jean Bilbrey, of first-degree murder1 and aggravated robbery.2 For these offenses, the trial court sentenced her to imprisonment for life and eight years, respectively.
