In this mandamus proceeding, Relators, Alton Pope, Eunice Pope and James P. Parker, M.D., request this court to direct the Honorable Mark Davidson, Judge of the 11th District Court of Harris County, to set aside his order of December 18, 1989 limiting Dr. Parker's expert testimony for the Popes at trial and requiring Dr. Parker to perform indigent medical service.
