This is the appeal of a take-nothing summary judgment granted in favor of appellee, Med Center Bank (the Bank). Appellant, Hardy Road 13.4 Joint Venture (the Joint Venture), sued1 the Bank to invalidate a lien and deed of trust placed upon the Joint Venture's property. The trial court granted the Bank's motion for summary judgment, and made the judgment final and appealable by severing the Joint Venture...
