On August 10, 1993, plaintiff, the Decatur Auto Auction, Inc., brought suit in the circuit court of Macon County against defendants, the Macon County Fair Association (Fair), Macon County Farm Bureau (Farm Bureau), and the Macon County Horseman's Association (Horseman's). The complaint sought injunctive and monetary relief in regard to dust which was allegedly blowing onto plaintiff's property from contiguous property...
