This action arises from the crash of a single-engine Cessna 182-RG aircraft which occurred on October 20, 1982. Plaintiff Gay Olk's decedent, Merl Olk, was piloting the aircraft and was killed in the crash. Plaintiff Nancye Van Steemburg was a passenger in the aircraft and was severely injured in the crash.
