This is an appeal from sentences imposed for first degree murder and for robbery under amended judgments of conviction entered by the district court on July 1, 1992. We affirm but direct the district court to further amend the judgment of conviction and sentence for robbery to state that the enhanced portion of the sentence, imposed for the use of a firearm in committing the crime, is for an indeterminate, rather than a fixed, term of ten years...
