This appeal arises out of a dispute between Kwik-Kopy Corporation and one of its franchisees, Wilbur Sentilles, over the right to possession of certain equipment leased by Mr. Sentilles for use in his business. In April of 1984, the parties entered into a Franchise Agreement by which Mr. Sentilles became the operator of a Kwik-Kopy instant printing and reproduction center.
