Defendants Conoco Inc., formerly known as Continental Oil Company, and Continental Oil Company (collectively, Conoco), move to dismiss two claims of Plaintiffs Ralph and Addie Watermeier (plaintiffs) for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted (Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6)).
