This appeal primarily concerns jurisdiction. It requires that we determine, first, whether we have appellate jurisdiction and, second, whether the district court had removal jurisdiction. Ramirez appeals from the district court's dismissal without prejudice, in which she charged that her employer, Fox Television Stations, Inc. (Fox), discriminated against her on the basis of her national origin. Fox argues that we do not have appellate jurisdiction...
