Stanley Tunstall petitioned the circuit court for a writ of mandamus, arguing that he was improperly being denied certain gain time by appellee, superintendent of Jackson Correctional Institution. The petition was dismissed on September 2, 1992, for failure to demonstrate exhaustion of administrative remedies.
