CANNELLA, Judge.

Defendant, Jorge Diaz-Rubio, filed a Motion To Suppress The Evidence, Confession and Identification and it was denied by the district court. The defendant thereafter pled guilty, under State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976), to possession of cocaine and was sentenced, under La.R.S. 40:983, without a judgment of guilt. Defendant appeals, arguing that the court erred in denying his motion to suppress.
