The appellant, Bobby Aaron Saffold, was convicted of second degree rape, in violation of § 13A-6-62, Code of Alabama 1975. He was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment, and the sentence was split, with the appellant to serve two years and the remainder of the sentence suspended, provided that the appellant serve five years' probation and agree to undergo testing for any sexual disorder and to submit to any treatment...
