Stoney Bob Reece (Movant) appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion without an evidentiary hearing. We affirm.

On November 7, 1991, Movant pleaded guilty to a charge of assault in the second degree, in violation of § 565.060, RSMo 1986, a class C felony. He was sentenced to a term of five years. The charge arose when Movant drove a motor vehicle while intoxicated and, with criminal negligence, struck another vehicle...
