MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO SUPPRESS

McAULIFFE, District Judge.

Defendant seeks to exclude evidence of certain statements he made while being transported from a temporary detention facility to his arraignment. His motion to suppress asserts that these statements were obtained by the government in violation of his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination.
