State Street Duffy's, Inc. ("Duffy's") brings this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's order denying its motion for summary judgment on the complaint of Raymond Loyd ("Raymond").1 Raymond's mother, Maxine Loyd O'Brien ("Mrs. O'Brien"), sustained personal injuries in a restaurant operated by Duffy's when she fell while exiting a raised booth.
