Appellant brings the instant belated appeal from the trial court's summary denial of his motion for post-conviction relief. We reverse.

In September 1988, Appellant was convicted of capital sexual battery and sentenced to life with a 25-year minimum mandatory term. In March 1991, after voluntarily dismissing his appeal, Appellant filed the instant motion pursuant to rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, alleging ineffective assistance...
