Maximillian Roberto Seale appeals his convictions of rape of a child, Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-402.1, and six counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, id. § 76-5-404.1, all first degree felonies. He challenges the convictions on several grounds, including ineffectiveness of counsel, improper admission of evidence, violation of his constitutional right to confrontation, and insufficiency of evidence.
