Plaintiffs, Richard Houtz and Robert Jeffrey Etheridge, appeal the summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant, Union Insurance Company (Union), on plaintiffs' claim for declaratory relief. We reverse.

Houtz and Etheridge were severely injured in an auto-pedestrian accident. At the time of the accident, they were loading a disabled truck onto a vehicle transport trailer owned by their employer, and insured with the defendant...
