Before the Court is a Recommendation from the Honorable Magistrate Judge Robert L. Bittner regarding the Defendants' motion to dismiss the above captioned case for lack of personal jurisdiction. The Magistrate recommended dismissal of the action as the exercise of jurisdiction would not comport with the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
