This suit arose from an accident which occurred on an offshore oil drilling platform. Plaintiff, Albert Jenkins, injured his neck on July 17, 1988 while working as a Safety and Training Specialist (STS) aboard Transworld Drilling Company rig number 64 in the Gulf of Mexico.
