Gena M. Duncan, the appellant, was convicted of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, in violation of Ala.Code 1975, § 13A-13-6(a)(2). She was sentenced to one year at hard labor in the county jail. All but 30 days of the sentence was suspended, and the appellant was ordered to serve 15 weekends in jail.
