In this disciplinary case the hearing committee found that Stephen Frost violated four provisions of the disciplinary rules and recommended that he be suspended from the practice of law for eighteen months. Frost appealed to the disciplinary board, which accepted the committee's findings, but recommended that Frost should be suspended for a total of eight months.1 Both the bar association and...
