PER CURIAM.

Michael Lawrence appeals his convictions of first-degree murder and kidnapping1 and his death sentence. We have jurisdiction, article V, section 3(b)(1), Florida Constitution, and affirm the conviction of first-degree murder but vacate the death sentence and remand for resentencing.
