CONOVER, Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Jerry Thompson appeals his conviction on one count of Child Molesting, a class C felony and one count of Child Molesting, a class D felony.1 IND. CODE 35-42-4-3.

We reverse and remand for a new trial.
