The State has filed a petition for rehearing and motion for clarification following our decision to reverse appellant's convictions in the trial court, 42 Ark.App. 242, 857 S.W.2d 828. We held that a search warrant involved in this case was invalid because it was not supported by any proof justifying a nighttime search.
