Plaintiffs Louise Witty and Patricia Simonds brought this declaratory judgment action against defendant State Farm Mutual Insurance Company. The petition sought an order declaring the rights of the parties with respect to the liability and uninsured motor vehicle provisions of two insurance policies issued by State Farm.
