On or about July 18, 1988, plaintiff, Chantell L. Braud, filed the instant suit against defendant, Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, Inc. d/b/a A & P Food Store of Franklin (A & P) for damages sustained when she allegedly slipped and fell in the A & P food store in Franklin.
