In light of the enactment of Chapter 93-246, Laws of Florida, which transfers the authority for the supervision of DUI programs from this Court to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles effective January 1, 1994, this Court finds that there no longer exists the need for a Traffic Court Review Committee.
