Defendant, Jeffrey Mullins, appeals from an order of the circuit court of Vermilion County ordering reformation of a deed. Plaintiff, Goodwine State Bank (the Bank), has filed a cross-appeal alleging the trial court erred in granting Jeffrey's motion for summary judgment with respect to several counts of the Bank's complaint.
