This cause is now before the Court for findings of fact and conclusions of law following a bench trial held on May 6 and 7, 1993. Plaintiff Bartholomew Prince claimed that his employment with the defendant was terminated because of his race in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.) and the Civil Rights Act of 1991.
