MORRIS, Justice.

This is an appeal from the trial court's order denying appellants' motion to seal certain documents pursuant to rule 76a of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Appellants assert four points of error. Because we find merit in appellants' first point of error, we address it only and reverse the trial court's order.
