In this workers' compensation case, Service Lloyds Insurance Company (the carrier) appeals from a judgment rendered in favor of Rory Dell Martin. In three points of error, the carrier challenges the factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury's findings on the elements of Martin's claim.
