Plaintiff, Raj Pandya, appeals from the entry of summary judgment in favor of defendants, David Hoerchler and Velsicol Chemical Corporation. Plaintiff argues that there was a genuine issue of material fact precluding summary judgment on count I for defamation and that the trial court improperly struck one paragraph of plaintiff's counter-affidavit in opposition to summary judgment. We affirm.
