On March 17, 1993, Victor Escobar filed his pro se "Defendant's Motion for Reproduction of Documents" by which he seeks, without charge, copies of trial records, including "any and all trial transcripts pertaining to this cause," for use in preparing an application for post-conviction habeas corpus relief.
