Appellant Glenn Allen was convicted of conspiracy to possess in excess of 10 grams of LSD, possession of psilocybin with intent to distribute, and distribution of psilocybin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846, and 18 U.S.C. § 2. Appellant alleges that insufficient evidence existed to support his convictions and that the government violated his Fourth Amendment rights....
