In this Workers Compensation case the claimant, Earl Angus (appellee) sustained injuries when a tornado destroyed a mobile home where he resided on the premises of his employer, Deffenbaugh Industries (appellant). The Commission's finding that the injuries were compensable was affirmed by the Court of Appeals by a vote of three to three. In Deffenbaugh Industries v. Angus, 39 Ark.App. 24,
