The question presented in this appeal is whether plaintiffs may recover damages for emotional distress caused by a tortious interference with a dead body, on allegations and proof that the morgue at Jackson Memorial Hospital negligently delivered a wrong body of an infant to a funeral home, which was funeralized by the plaintiffs, where the plaintiffs suffered no physical impact.
