REYNOLDS, Chief Justice.

A jury found appellant Kelly Lee Knot guilty of theft of property valued at more than $750 but not over $20,000 and, finding the enhancement allegations in the indictment true, assessed his punishment at confinement for life. Appellant challenges his conviction by six points of error, the first three of which pertain to his arrest, the next two of which concern the court's charge, and the last of which relates to the voir dire examination...
