Plaintiff, Ramonita Cruz ("Cruz"), brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking a review of the final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the "Secretary"), who concluded that Cruz was not disabled under the Social Security regulations and therefore, not entitled to receive supplemental security income ("SSI").
