KIDD, Justice.

Appellant Lane Denton brought suit against Appellees1 for various causes of action relating to the termination of his employment as Executive Director of the Texas Department of Public Safety Officers Association ("DPSOA"). The district court dismissed his suit. We will reverse the judgment and remand for further proceedings.
