Republic National Bank of Miami appeals an adverse final judgment after a bench trial. We reverse.

Appellee Maria Johnson was a depositor at Republic National Bank. In March, 1989 she opened a checking account with a balance of $59,000. In May through July, 1989 Ms. Johnson made a series of cash withdrawals from her account at the bank. These withdrawals eventually depleted the balance in the account...
