The trial court awarded attorney's fees to the plaintiffs, Edgar and Florence Strickland, in their declaratory judgment action against Dennis and Renee Bryant and the Weston Special Road District. The Stricklands sued to have a portion of a roadway declared public and to enjoin the Bryants from blocking the road. The Bryants appeal the award of attorney's fees.
