The defendant appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the plaintiff's application to vacate an arbitration award. On appeal, the defendant asserts that the trial court improperly determined that she was not covered under an automobile insurance policy issued by the plaintiff, which defines an "insured person" for purposes of uninsured motorist coverage, in pertinent part, as "[a]ny person while, in, on, getting into or out of your insured...
