This is an appeal from a trial de novo appeal in the Brazoria County Civil Court at Law No. 2, regarding a forcible detainer suit which was filed in the Justice of the Peace Court, by appellant, Mastermark Homebuilders, Inc., against appellee, Offenburger Construction, Inc.
