Appellant, Larry Williams Whitsey, appeals his judgment of conviction for the offense of aggravated sexual assault. TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 22.011 (Vernon Supp.1993). Appellant waived his right to a jury trial and pled nolo contendere pursuant to a plea bargain agreement in this case, and also in a burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit sexual assault case.
