MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

A routine traffic stop of Interstate Highway ultimately yielded approximately 1 kilogram of cocaine powder. The defendant has moved to suppress the cocaine. A hearing on the motion was held on October 6, 19931, and the court is of the opinion that the police did not violate the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution.
