We have for review the Judicial Qualifications Commission's (JQC) report recommending that Judge Hugh Glickstein be publicly reprimanded. We have jurisdiction pursuant to article V, section 12 of the Florida Constitution.

Judge Glickstein and the JQC stipulated that on October 25, 1990, Judge Glickstein wrote a letter endorsing the retention of Chief Justice Leander Shaw. The letter, which was written on the letterhead of the Fourth District Court...
