This is a personal injury action involving an allegedly defective Isuzu Trooper. The lawsuit was removed to this court under 28 U.S.C. § 1446. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447, plaintiffs have moved for remand to the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania because of lack of diversity of citizenship.
