The City of Tallahassee (City) appealed a final judgment entered on a jury verdict awarding business damages to Appellee Weaver Oil Company (Weaver Oil). Having determined that Appellees failed to allege a basis for an award of statutory business damages, we reverse and remand with instructions for the trial court to enter a directed verdict and a judgment allowing no business damages.
