This case presents an appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeals affirming the dismissal of appellant's claim, as next friend of her minor children by a former marriage, to the estate of the testator, whom appellant had divorced. Taisia Walker, the former spouse of the testator, Eugene Ray Walker, asserts on behalf of her minor children, that they take the estate of the decedent under his last will and testament.
